Reset my game to the level I was on,42,358. Due to the glitch that kept the game frozen for days, I had to reinstall the app. Despite having my progress backed up it put me back to level one. UNACCEPTABLE! I've been playing this game for several years & spent too much money on things while playing to lose all that progress & have to start over again. I've sent numerous emails with no response. This is disgusting. Reset my game to the level I was on or refund every penny I spent!

Linda, we're deeply sorry — losing your level 42,358 progress after reinstalling to escape our freeze bug is unacceptable, and not getting replies to your emails makes it worse. Please try in-app support and we'll make this right.

Freezes periodically. Right now I'm on level 39,047, and it is frozen hard. It will not proceed to issue a reward and just keeps spinning. I cannot access the settings menu or anything since when I close the app and open it again the reward is the first thing that pops up. after over 39,000 games played, I have a feeling I'm going to have to uninstall it. Whether I recover my levels or not is to be seen. I hope Voodoo contacts me on how to proceed. Tried Play store for PC, but it started me at 1

I actually really enjoy playing this game, however it's suuupppeerrr loaded with ads which is incredibly annoying. I purchased one of the sale packs (4000 gold pieces, 5 bombs, 5 rockets, and 5 shuffles) for $24.99, but it did NOT update my stuff; no 4000 gold, no bombs, no rockets, no shuffles. I tried getting help with it within the app itself, but it just kept giving me a white screen. I either want what I paid for or someone to somehow refund my money. Now.
